Report an Incident
Please use this form to report safety and security incidents, for instance, assault, sexual violence, or theft. If the issue does not rise to the level of filing a police report, we still want to know about it, as we work towards creating a safe campus for all.
The Facilities Director will respond to your report within 24 hours and the incident will be reflected (anonymously) on the PSR Clery Report.
