WHAT IS IGNITE?
Ignite Institute, a center of Pacific School of Religion, was founded in 2014 to bridge spiritual formation and practical leadership. We bring together personal, communal, and spiritual work from wisdom traditions to provide established and emerging leaders with the vision, resilience, and skills to create a world where we can all thrive. Through our Wisdom-Based Leadership courses and cohorts we combine spiritual growth with leadership training for today’s complex challenges.

Ignite renewed its commitment to training future leaders of color through our Wisdom-Based Leadership program, empowering them to drive social change - 2022
Secured a $5 million Lilly Endowment grant to create a groundbreaking digital learning platform, reimagining higher education for the future

Launched Ignite Collective, a digital membership platform supporting leaders with courses, community, and resources. Began beta testing “Project K” to shape our vision for an even larger platform - 2024
