Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College of California, where she majored in English and minored in Theology and Religious Studies. In May of 2021, she graduated from Vanderbilt Divinity School with a Master of Theological Studies, with concentrations in Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Religion and Economic Justice. Before coming to PSR, she served as an Associate Editor for the Global Center for Religious Research and as a private tutor, working mainly with middle and high school students.
