Join us at 9:00am Pacific on Thursday, February 24th for the fourth installment of the Badè Museum’s new virtual lecture series, “Unsilencing the Archives.” This program is hosted by the Badè Museum in partnership with the Palestine Exploration Fund (London, U.K.) and the Archaeological Research Facility (ARF) at UC Berkeley.
The program showcases new research that decolonizes museum archives, with a focus on archival records from excavations carried out in British Mandate Palestine.
Dr. Mahmoud Hawari (Bethlehem University, Palestine) will present “Palestinian Archaeologists and Heritage Professionals during the British Mandate in Palestine.” Click here to watch live or to catch up on recorded lectures.
