Mental Health and Leadership: Dealing with Yourself and Others will be led by Dr. Katrina Roseboro-Marsh, the new Executive Director of the Open and Affirming Coalition of the United Church of Christ (UCC). In this three-hour seminar, Dr. Roseboro-Marsh will literally explore from the inside out how we care for ourselves and others with a focus on the importance of self-reflection and the process of it leading to how we show up for ourselves (i.e. self-care) and care for those God entrusts us with in our ministry.
