“Shifting Boundaries, Moving People? Investigating Change in Archaic Western Anatolia”
Jana specialises in the material culture of western Anatolia (modern Türkiye) and Greece from the end of the Bronze Age to the Classical period and theoretical and methodological approaches to mobility, culture contact and iron technology. She holds a PhD in Classical Art and Archaeology from the University of Michigan. She is a Research Associate in the Faculty of Classics at the University of Cambridge for the Migration and the Making of the Ancient Greek World’ project, which is based at the University of Vienna.
