An Oakland California native, Tanisha brings a strong foundation in ministry and community engagement. She holds a B.A. in Communication from Biola University, where she competed as a student-athlete in track and basketball, and recently earned her Master of Divinity from Payne Theological Seminary. She currently serves as Assistant Pastor at The Way Christian Center in Berkeley, where she leads with compassion, purpose, and conviction. Tanisha is committed to building beloved community, empowering others, and embodying justice-centered leadership.
