Natasha comes to PSR from Stanford University with 20 years of not-for-profit leadership experience, most of it in higher education. She has key expertise in finance, including grants and contract management, budgeting, and forecasting. She also brings events management, facilities, student services, and human resources capabilities. She describes herself as a highly organized and self-driven person, passionate about developing people and facilitating organizational change. Speaking about the VP role at PSR she said, “My interest in this position stems from the school’s commitment to preparing the next generation of leaders who are grounded in spirituality and driven to design a world that benefits all people. I believe that current social, economic, and environmental issues highlight how important this work is now more than ever. I am good at being the ‘number cruncher,’ but feel inspired by this position to use my other innate skills and abilities to compliment my financial background and partner with an organization that speaks to issues central to my core values.”
Natasha earned her degree from University of Maryland University College and comes to PSR from Stanford University, where she served in several roles and departments, including the Philosophy & Religious Studies department.
When she can pull herself away from her work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her large family, exploring food experiences, and staying physically and mentally active.
