Dr. Hayden Reynolds Cowan is a fundraising professional with more than a decade of experience advancing equity and access through philanthropy. His work spans grassroots nonprofit, health and human services, and higher education, where he has raised millions in support of LGBTQ+ communities, students and academic programs, and community-based initiatives. Most recently, he served as Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Development Communications at UC Law San Francisco, leading campaigns that centered storytelling, alumni pride, and student success.
Hayden holds a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and brings a relationship-centered, mission-driven approach to development. A long-standing member of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, he is known for his joyful activism, creative community building, and deep commitment to inclusive leadership. He first explored Pacific School of Religion nearly twenty years ago as a prospective student. Returning now in a new capacity brings his connection to the school full circle.
