The Executive Director, Kwaray & PSR Collective provides visionary leadership, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to grow and sustain PSR’s digital platform ecosystem. This role leads to continued development and expansion of Kwaray, a platform-as-a-service designed to help theological institutions reimagine education through technology innovation, institutional collaboration, and spiritual formation. The Executive Director also provides strategic oversight and coordination of PSRC, PSR’s public-facing learning platform, ensuring its success as both a model and marketplace.
This role requires a hybrid of strategist and operator: someone how can lead B2B partner acquisition, manage cross-functional teams (sales, tech, content), work closely with the Director of PSRC and Marketing to drive revenue and learner growth, and ensure both platform and mission remain aligned. As the primary holder of Kwaray and PSRC key performance indicators, the Executive Director plays a key leadership role in advancing PSR’s bold commitment to reshape theological education for a new generation.
