Amberly Santana is a Learning Strategist at NovoEd, where she partners with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and higher education institutions to design and implement impactful digital learning experiences. Her work sits at the intersection of learning strategy and real-world application, with a focus on scalable, human-centered programs that drive organizational outcomes.
Amberly began her career as an educator with Teach for America and later worked in co-curricular learning and faith formation at the University of Dayton. She brings expertise in digital learning strategy, cross-functional leadership, facilitation, and intercultural program development.
She has been recognized with NovoEd’s President’s Award and a Collaboration Award for her cross-functional leadership and impact on key initiatives.
Amberly holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and dual bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Dayton. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, she is a parent of three and is actively engaged in women’s advocacy and family support initiatives.
