Position Overview
Pacific School of Religion is hiring! We are seeking a Partner Success & Engagement Manager to join our team and lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support for our partners while driving user engagement and retention strategies. This role supports Kwaray, our digital learning and engagement platform designed to connect theological education with broader communities through accessible, technology-driven tools. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with expertise in LMS, CRM, and SaaS platforms, as well as experience in client success, tech support, and digital engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Success & Onboarding (Kwaray)
- Lead kickoff calls, onboarding, training, and ongoing support for partners
- Maintain weekly/monthly check-ins with partner point persons
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with internal teams
- Develop and maintain training videos to support partner education
- Build and manage a comprehensive knowledge base covering both platform functionality and programmatic content to support partner success
- Serve as the technical support on backend and frontend systems
- Leverage experience with LMS, CRM, and SaaS platforms to enhance partner success
- Assist in pre-contract conversations
- Provide basic HubSpot admin tech support
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
User Engagement & Support (PSRC)
- Drive engagement for users who have purchased courses, encouraging continued participation
- Develop and implement strategies to upsell users to new courses or cohort programs.
- Create automated messaging to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Manage bulk purchases, a handoff from sales teammate
- Provide customer support to learners, guiding them through platform onboarding and resolving technical issues to ensure a smooth learning experience
- Develop communication materials, PDFs, and “how-to” guides for account creation and platform use
- Assist with content and core partners on the platform
- Provide basic HubSpot administrative support for customer communications
- Connecting prospective learners to the platform and helping graduates stay engaged through ongoing platform-based touchpoints
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, UX design, partner engagement, or a related field
- Strong background in LMS, CRM, and/or SaaS platforms (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues
- Experience creating training materials, onboarding content, and knowledge bases
- Proven ability to develop engagement and retention strategies for digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience with marketing automation, user engagement tools, and data analytics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education, seminaries, faith-based organizations, non-profits or community-based learning platforms
- Experience using: Asana, HubSpot (frontend/backend), CRM, LMS
- A passion for education, community building, and digital learning experiences
Salary
- $75,000 – $80,000
