Pacific School of Religion is pleased to welcome three new members to its community this summer. Bringing expertise in theology, technology, and development, these new colleagues will support PSR’s mission through teaching, innovation, and community engagement.
Dr. Flora X. Tang

Visiting Assistant Professor and Louisville Institute Postdoctoral Fellow in Feminist and Ecological Theology
Dr. Flora X. Tang joins Pacific School of Religion as Visiting Assistant Professor and Louisville Institute Postdoctoral Fellow in Feminist and Ecological Theology through a partnership with the Louisville Institute Postdoctoral Fellowship program. She recently completed the Ph.D. requirements in Peace Studies and Theology (Systematic Theology) at the University of Notre Dame and holds a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
Dr. Tang’s scholarship focuses on decolonial feminist theology, ecological thought, and peace studies, with research examining global land injustice, ecological crises, theology’s role in peacebuilding, and the healing of displaced communities. She brings interdisciplinary teaching experience and an active research agenda to PSR, where her work will contribute to the school’s engagement with feminist and ecological theologies.
Tim Howarth

Full Stack Platform Developer, Kwaray
Tim Howarth joins Pacific School of Religion as Full Stack Platform Developer for Kwaray after serving as a contractor on the platform’s development. He brings more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, platform development, and technical architecture.
Over the past year, Tim has played a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of Kwaray, supporting its growing ecosystem of learners, faculty, institutions, and communities. In his full-time role, he will continue leading the platform’s technical development, including architecture, feature development, systems integration, and ongoing enhancements to the user experience.
Olga Mensky

Development & Alumnx Relations Coordinator
Olga Mensky joins Pacific School of Religion as Development & Alumnx Relations Coordinator. She brings experience in nonprofit development, donor relations, fundraising operations, and database management.
Most recently, Olga served as Development Assistant at The Epiphany Center in San Francisco, where she supported donor stewardship, gift processing, reporting, donor communications, and special events. She has also held professional roles in nonprofit organizations, business operations, and media, and holds a master’s degree in Russian Language and Literature. In her role at PSR, Olga will support development initiatives and strengthen engagement with alumni and donors.
