Uranoos Hakimi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the PSR community, with over 5 years of experience in Human Resources. She has a strong background in employment law, employee relations, on-boarding and off-boarding, recruitment, performance management, and safety and training. She is an experienced strategic human resource partner who is committed to delivering best practices to align organizational objectives and promote employee morale by building trusting relationships at all levels. She brings a compassionate and spiritually centered approach to her work, utilizing HR to serve others and create a positive impact on the community.
Before joining PSR, Uranoos worked as an HR generalist at a local hospital, where she was responsible for full cycle human resources. Prior to that, she served as a senior admissions advisor, where she focused on guiding prospective nursing students through the enrollment process and building relationships with them.
Uranoos loves to travel and experience new countries and cities. She loves to learn about different cultures and religions around the world. Aside from traveling, she loves to spend her spare time with her family. She also has a passion for photography, spending weekends out and about taking photos. Uranoos resides in Union City, CA with her husband.
