Ja’Nay Jenkins is a passionate, multi-dimensional, innovative servant leader with over 14 years of experience in people, operations, and technology management. Her results-proven background includes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, along with project management, recruitment, employee experience, office and facilities management, executive administration, and non-profit work.
Before joining PSR, Ja’Nay worked for a leading global tech company as an Employee Experience Manager. She also facilitates a training series that teaches young girls social, emotional, and learning skills—giving them the tools to use the power of their voices.
Ja’Nay has spent most of her life working with community organizations locally and at a state level, directly with vulnerable, marginalized, and underprivileged communities. She has also volunteered at a grass-roots level on community building, violence prevention, and youth mentorship. She found her niche for cross-functional organizational collaboration through her unique, spirit-led work in the tech industry and community.
Ja’Nay knows her passion and purpose in this life are to improve the lives of others due to her presence and to make that impact last in her absence. She is a San Francisco Bay Area native who loves to travel, cook delicious food infused with love, strength-train, and spend time with her family.
