PSR is seeking a passionate and versatile Partnership and Community Success Manager to champion the holistic user and partner journey on our Kwaray platform. This role will combine community engagement within PSR Collective and robust partner support through the Kwaray platform, ensuring seamless, impactful experiences for learners, faculty, and institutional partners.The position will shape the user experience, nurture community engagement, and drive learner growth through direct interactions and automated campaigns. They will also serve as a key support resource for partner institutions, incubating their digital spaces and helping them connect their communities to the platform.
