Statement of Understanding

All PSR students matriculating in a degree or certificate program are required to read both parts (part I and part II) of their program manual then sign and submit the Statement of Understanding by the second week of the term in which they are beginning their program. To sign via Echosign, either

  • sign biometrically (meaning with your mouse or touchpad)
  • or sign in to either you PSR student Facebook account, LinkedIn account, or Googledocs account

If you are experiencing problems esigning, simply print out a hard copy of this form, fill out and drop off in the Assistant Dean for Academic Programs & Registrar's box at the reception desk by the second week of the term.
