Registration Form: Ministry as Vocation Conference

   
April 13-15, 2012. There are no registration fees for these events. Please complete and submit this form. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your registration. Registration deadline: April 6, 2012.









We have blocked a number of rooms with Easton Conference Center at Church Divinity School of the Pacific, located across the street from PSR. Housing registration is separate from conference registration. Please indicate that you are participating in the Ministry as Vocation Conference when you register.

MAV participants staying in Gibbs Hall will be offered the discounted prospective student rate. No discounts are available for Easton Hall.

Registration is 1-4 pm on Friday, and after 8 am on Saturday. If you need to arrive before or after scheduled check-in times, please contact Admissions at 510/849-8253.
