September 1(M):

  • Labor Day observed: Academic & Administrative Holiday, Library Closed

September 2 (T):

  • Instruction begins for Fall semester 2014
  • PSR Opening Worship
  • Financial Aid refund check distribution begins
  • Intent to Graduate Forms for Fall, 2014 Graduates Due (MA's to GTU Dean's Office, PhD to Student Affairs Office Manager and Receptionist)

September 2-12 (Tu-F):

  • Late Registration for Fall Semester 2014

September 5 (F):

  • Deadline to submit UCB Cross-Registration petition to Registrar, 12:00 p.m. noon

September 10 (W):

  • Deadline for MA or MABL to register for September Modern Foreign Language Exam

September 12 (F):

  • Deadline for Fall 2014 late registration (online) and/or approval of leave of absence WITH $100 late fee
  • Deadline for registered students to make changes of enrollment (online) WITHOUT $50 per change fee including Special Reading Course forms
  • Deadline for submission of Special Reading Course forms for Fall 2014
  • Deadline for incoming Summer/Fall students to submit Statement of Understanding to Academic Affairs
  • Deadline for GTU Common MA to successfully defend thesis or complete MABL examination WITHOUT paying fees for Fall

September 19 (F):

  • Deadline to drop courses with full tuition refund through "Change in Enrollment" form with $50 per change fee

September 22 (M):

  • Fall Semester 2014 Stickers Due on Library Cards

September 30 (T):

  • Deadline for Priority Admissions to PSR for Spring 2015
  • Deadline for GTU Common M.A. Applications for Spring 2015

October 1 (W):

  • Modern Foreign Language Exam 1:00-4:45 pm MA or MABL only, Dinner Board Room
  • Deadline for MA or MABL to file completed and approved copies of theses or Certification of Oral Examination forms for GTU approval of degree on October 14th

October 3 (F):

  • Deadline for all course scheduling information forms for 2015-2016 submitted to PSR Dean

October 10 (F):

  • Deadline to drop courses with half tuition refund through "Change in Enrollment" form with $50 per change fee

October 13-14 (M-T):

  • PSR Fall Board of Trustees Meeting

October 20-24 (M-F):

  • Reading Week - no classes; Administrative Offices open

October 30 (Th):

  • Deadline for MDiv 1st year Fall admit students to submit MDiv Entrance Interview to Assistant Dean for Academic Programs
  • Deadline for Fall 2014 entering MTS students to submit Entrance Report to Assistant Dean for Academic Programs

November 7 (F):

  • Deadline for Fall 2014 changes in enrollment (Change in Enrollment form) WITH $50 per change fee and WITHOUT Dean approval

November 10-21 (M-F):

  • Early Registration for Intersession and Spring 2015

November 14 (F):

  • Priority Deadline for PSR student Housing Applications for Spring 2015

November 26 (W):

  • Thanksgiving Holiday: Academic & Administrative Offices/Library closed at 2:00 pm

November 27-28 (Th-F):

  • Thanksgiving Holiday: Academic & Administrative Holiday, Library Closed

December 5 (F):

  • PSR Community Christmas Dinner (tentative)

December 12 (F):

  • Fall Semester 2014 ends
  • UCB Fall Semester 2014 Instruction Ends
  • Deadline for students to submit Petition for Incomplete for Fall 2014
  • Deadline to submit Intent to Graduate forms to Assistant Dean for Academic Programs for May 2015 grads
  • Deadline to register for January Biblical Hebrew and Greek Language Exams

December 19 (F):

  • UCB Fall Semester 2014 ends

Dec. 22-Jan. 2 (M-F):

  • Christmas to New Year’s Holiday Break: Administrative Holiday, Library Closed

December 31 (W):

  • Deadline for students leaving PSR housing after Fall 2014 to vacate unit

January 2 (F):

  • Deadline for instructors to submit grades for Fall 2014
  • Deadline for students to submit Incomplete make-up work to instructors for Fall 2014

  • To generate a list of all PSR courses for a given semester, go to the online search course schedule and choose PSR in the drop down menu of the "Course School Ownership" field instead of the the "Instructor's School" field.
