Gallery reading: Stewardship and Prophetic Voice of the Artist

March 18, 2010 at 5:00pm

Jon Sommer, a student with the Institute for Jewish Studies, the winner of a contest sponsored by the Center for the Arts, Religion, and Education (CARE), will present his paper "Stewardship and the Prophetic Voice of the Artist" in a public gallery reading. The prize was awarded for students enrolled in GTU who, in the course of the semester, wrote a paper addressing content of the current exhibition in the Doug Adams Gallery at the Badè Museum or the Badè biblical archaeology collection. This essay will also be published on the CARE website, under a new collection of “Emerging Voices” student work.
