Banquet Food Server - On-Call

> Set up dinning and buffet tables as needed. This includes moving and arranging chairs and
tables and setting up, etc.
> Serve food and drinks and cut and serve food at buffet tables
> Clear tables
> Assist Chef in preparation of food setup and garnishment of tables
> Assist dishwasher with cleanup, including putting away leftovers, sweeping, mopping, and
taking out the garbage and recycling
> Put away tables and chairs
> Other duties as needed

Qualifications: 

> Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
> Ability to understand and follow instructions
> Ability to walk up and down stairs, sweep, mop, use a can opener, corkscrew, and carry food trays
> Ability to interact with guests, Chef, and coworkers in genial manner during food functions
> Ability to push cart across street between PSR and CDSP which has food and other items on it

Details: 

Hours per week: On call
Hourly rate: $10.00 + Tip when applicable
Period of employment: Throughout school year
Preferred work days: On call for special events

Other comments: 
Experience is preferred, but is not necessary. Applicants should have black pants or skirt, a white shirt, and black shoes. Also having a bow tie is helpful, but not necessary.
