Housing Assignments
To qualify for housing, you must be a full-time enrolled student. The priority list for housing assignments is as follows:
- International students who apply by semester deadlines
- First-year students who apply by semester deadlines
- PSR students continuing in their original program who apply by semester deadlines
- PSR students in the MA or MDiv program who add another program
- Graduates of PSR who are in the GTU PhD program who apply by semester deadlines
- GTU international students who apply by semester deadlines
- GTU students who apply by semester deadlines
Family Housing Assignments
Apartments are available to heterosexual couples who are legally married to each other, and to gay/lesbian couples who are domestic partners. Legally married couples must provide a copy of their marriage license along with their housing applications. Gay and lesbian couples must sign the PSR domestic partner affidavit that is available upon request. Families are housed according to their needs. Assignments are based on availability.
- Two adults: one-bedroom apartment or studio
- Two adults and child/legal dependant: one bedroom/two bedroom
- Single adult and child/legal dependant: two bedroom
- Two adults and one teenager/legal dependant: two bedroom
- Two adults and two small children/legal dependants: two bedroom
- Two adults and three or more children/legal dependants: three bedroom
Current PSR students may request a specific unit. If you would like to stay in your current unit or move, please indicate this on the housing application form.
